KENYA TAEKWONDO FEDERATIONS GUIDELINES FOR TRAINING DURING THIS PANDEMIC PERIOD

Kenya Taekwondo Federation recommends that Athletes continue training as they await Governments and World Health Organizations directions as well as World Taekwondo communications.

All Taekwondo training MUST be on individual basis or on a Google platform if in a team. We recommend training in open areas if you are more than two (2) and maintain social distance of at least two (6) meters. PLEASE do not exceed five (5) athletes at any one time. During training sessions, wash or sanitize your hands after every break and do not share personal items such as water bottles, towels or training garments and equipment.

Use gloves if possible and wear clean uniforms. Make sure to wash your uniform immediately after every use (kindly do not recycle). Take note of people with symptoms like (fever, cough and shortness of breath). You are advised to inform someone if you feel unwell and quarantine yourself as you await medical attention.

Let us help defeat COVID-19 by following the safety guidelines.
